I told you I would keep this short and sweet, so here it is!

We have created a form generator that auto fills real estate contracts, checklists, disclosures etc.  This program encompasses many different real estate investing strategies including

This simple and intuitive online forms generator allows users to open an existing property file, or create a new file for any real estate investment project. 

For the users convenience there are mouse over buttons next to each real estate investing strategy which give short definitions of each investment strategy.

Once the user clicks submit, they are directed to the first auto-fill page where they will input their business information in addition to the buyer, seller and property information. Notice the buttons at the bottom of the Business Information section, the user can select the button to auto-fill either the buyer or seller information.

The user can use the auto fill programming for the buyer and seller information, or they can choose to enter the required information in manually.

Then add in the property information…..

And add in the financial information….

Then let the REIFormsGenerator do the rest...

All of the documentation and checklists the user selected for the investing strategy that they choose at the beginning of the program are now ready to be printed, saved as a single PDF, or emailed.

Other cool things to know….

  1. The user can upload their own contracts to the program if they choose!  The process is as simple as cut and paste on any word processing document. 
  2. The user can access their account anywhere there is internet access.
  3. All users will get automatic updates to the real estate forms.

  1. Monthly commission checks will be cut on the third Friday of each month.
